Vitaria Well intends to maintain a 30-day return framework when online ordering becomes available.
30-day framework
Customers will be able to contact Vitaria Well within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Online ordering is not currently available, so no website orders are presently eligible for return.
Requesting a return
Before sending a product back, contact info@vitariawell.com or call +1 855-958-0156 so the request can be reviewed and return instructions can be provided.
Damaged or incorrect products
When ordering begins, customers should contact us promptly about a product that arrives damaged or does not match the order and retain the product and packaging while the issue is reviewed.
Terms still under review
Final product-condition requirements, exclusions, return-shipping responsibility, cancellation treatment, and refund-processing timing are being reviewed before commerce is activated. No more restrictive condition or shorter refund timeline is represented as final on this page.
Refund method
Final refund mechanics will be disclosed before orders are accepted. Vitaria Well will not represent a refund as completed until it has been issued through the applicable payment method.
